Go JP Go

Ok. Its not a sight from Hyderabad. But it is surely going to lead to a lot of new sights in Hyderabad in the future.
Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan (JP) and his Lok Satta Party which has promised New Politics for a New Generation has created history by winning the Kukatpally Assembly constituency in Secunderabad in this 2009 polls. The margin of victory of over 15000 votes should comes as a pleasant surprise to all the people of Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh who would love to have well educated and capable leaders ensuring good governance free of any caste, communal or corruption overtones. It is a tribute to the people of Kukatpally that a leader like JP could get elected. Sans drama, money, liquor or any negative influences, JP campaigned on a completely positive note promising a new governance which will ensure a good quality of living for all the citizens. With his eminent stature and past accomplishments, Dr Narayan brings in a change in the political arena where money and muscle power rules. Let us hope that this victory brings in more and more educated and qualified people into politics and put an end to the dadagiri and goondagiri that has become the hallmark of Indian politics.

Once again, Congratulations Dr Jayaprakash Narayan and Lok Satta Party. May this be the beginning of a new era in Andhra Pradesh.
